This policy explains what AG TradeBridge (by AG Technicals) collects and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- Account info: your email and an encrypted password.
- Trading link data: your MT5 account number (to lock your license) and the signals delivered to you.
- Usage data: basic activity such as signals received, for your dashboard stats.
2. What we do NOT collect
We do not collect your MT5 password, broker login, or funds access. The EA only pulls signals; it never sends us your account credentials or balance.
3. How we use it
- To operate your account and deliver signals.
- To lock licenses to one account for security.
- To show you dashboard statistics.
4. Storage & security
Data is stored in a managed database. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all traffic.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share what is strictly necessary with infrastructure providers (hosting, database) to run the service.
6. Your choices
You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our active systems.
